Another Must Have....

How cute is this?!?!?! It is now added to my list:)! I am a huge ring sling fan, HUGE! I have to admit that the moby has its place too:)! I use baby carriers a ton it never hurts to have a couple on stand by. Hard to believe this will be my fourth little kangaroo to carry, it all started almost 5 years ago! The fabric for my diaper bag and sling is retro owls so this is a perfect match! I am loving all the retro owl stuff, reminds me of my Granny Nina. She had an owl jeweled purse:)! She was ahead of her time!

29 WEEKS!

Hello third trimester!! I am on the down hill slide now, too bad I feel like this pregnancy has slowed to a crawl! I am ready ready READY! Not because I am uncomfortable or anything, I feel awesome, I just was to hold him and kiss his sweet face! I am very much enjoying this pregnancy, every single kick, punch, and bump I am so grateful for. As mentioned in the previous post I got some seriously cool baby gear for Christmas, or Hollister did I should say:). Now we just need the matching swing, hint hint Joshua:)! Also, a My Ride 65 for him and we should be set! I am waiting to see if our one size fits all cloth diapers are in face one size fits all. I plan on using cloth diapers exclusively. NeNa is making a matching diaper bag and sling out of super cute fabric I found! Yes, I just got a new sewing machine but I have no clue how to use it:)! I have decided to not go all out in the nursery, I will use G's bedding. I am planing on going all out on bedrooms soon! Lovin Pottery Barn's shared spaces! I will for sure find cheaper alternatives however:)!
We are going to do a 4D ultrasound. I am super excited. I think the pics are a bit weird and for the most part look nothing like the newborn BUT I need another peek at him! I will have a growth scan somewhere around 36 weeks but can't wait that long:)! I have a check up next week and will schedule it then. I will also start seeing the doctor every two weeks! Hopefully that help things seem like they are moving along!
Belly Pics soon:)!

Christmas with Pop & NeNa!

After opening our gifts on Christmas morning we loaded up and headed out to my parents. The kids were so ready to see them! It is a quick three hour drive;). After arriving and getting the kiddos settled Josh and I headed out for our gift, two nights AWAY! We rented a hotel room and just drove back for Christmas celebrations. It was fabulous and not near long enough! We have decided that it will for sure become a tradition for our family. The kiddlets did not mind at all and I am positive preferred it:). We celebrated with Granny Brewer and family Sunday lunch. Then Sunday night we opened gifts with Pop & NeNa and the kids got their huge gift a KITTEN! Guice was over the moon excited! Erica came up just to see his reaction it was truly priceless. We thought he was going to cry he was so excited! They are in love with lucky! I also am in love with my new embroidery and sewing machine! I had been super good this year:)! Hollister got two awesome gifts a new bouncy seat and a bassinet! I love them and not sure how NeNa knew just what to get...might have been the 50 emails I sent. HA! We are getting the matching swing too!
I didn't take a single pic and I am still SO mad at myself.....
here are a couple I lifted of the web of H's goodies!!!

Christmas!!!

Josh and I are in total agreement that this was by far our best Christmas! We had a blast this year with the kids. I LOVE that they know the meaning of Christmas! We opened gifts at our home before heading out to Pop & NeNa's. The kids loved everything. EJ's favorite was her GoGo my walkin' pup. Guice got the imaginext Bigfoot remote control monster and I am not sure who likes it more Josh or Guice:). Evergrace loved all the excitement and was running around like a mad man! When she opened her doll she got so excited, she started yelling BABY BABY BABY!
Our Christmas Recap in total random order:)!

Christmas Eve Gift!!

This year started out like every other Christmas Eve I can remember. I started super early trying to get all of my family:)! First text went out to Erica at 4 a.m.! I did not get on the facebook bandwagon soon enough and got gifted all over the place! HA! Next year I am all over the social networking sites:)! I have started the tradition with my kiddos, love carrying on family traditions! I told EJ bright and early this morning her response was "Great where's it at?" Of course the post isn't complete without....

As Good As It Gets....

Sunday before heading out to church I wanted to capture my little darlings in their precious Christmas clothes, courtesy of NeNa. No such luck! HA! E was having none of it! The terrible two's have shown up a bit early. EJ & G were not feeling photogenic that day either...
E is a cutie even in mid fit at least in retrospect:)! Guyboo insisted on wearing his sweater tucked in so you could see his belt....whatever:).

I didn't even get a good shot of the oldest two! I am sure next years will be just as interesting with an 8 month old added to the mix!

MDO Christmas Program!

Guice & Evergrace preformed the sweetest Christmas Program at MDO! Guice was such a star! I am not just saying this because I am his momma, but, he was the only one who did the motions! He is our little star! He did an awesome job! Evergrace hung out with her favorite teacher, in her lap to be exact. almost sure that is where she spends 8 hours a week:). Mrs. Ann is always holding her when I go to pick her up!
Pic of the big day! Enjoy!
Evergrace being such a big girl! Sugar over load!

How cute is he!?!? I am lovin' his hair!

Gonna Be Too Sweet....

Josh's mom gave me the outfit that he wore home from the hospital for Hollister! How special is that!! I am not sure Hollister will wear it home but we will for sure take pics in it!
Josh in his going home attire. He was a big baby, it is where my kiddos get it from:)! Here it is 27 years latter!

Christmas Parade!!

This was our third year to attend our tiny towns parade, fireworks, and lighting of the park lights. Our THIRD year?!?! Somedays it is hard to believe we have lived here that long, other times it feels like forever! HA! I do love our towns parade. It is a big deal around these parts:). Everyone is in great spirits and everyone knows everyone else. Times like those I love living in a small town. The parade was awesome the kids loved it. Evergrace stood by the big kids and watched it, she is growing up right before our eyes! After we watched our parade everyone walked over to the park for the lighting and fireworks. Our churches Praise and Worship team preformed Christmas songs, they were as awesome as always! The firework display was fantastic! Evergrace was sitting by herself when it started, she was in awe! Not the least bit scared! She clapped and smiled it was the cutest thing I have seen in a while:). EJ & G thought it rocked also! It was an awesome night and I didn't take a single picture! Trust me the kids were so very cute!

24 weeks 6 days!

I had a check up today super uneventful and for that I am thankful! Everything checked out just perfect! Hollister sounded great! I have just one more monthly appointment then I go to every two weeks! WOW! I have my paper work for my glucose screening, good times. I just have to do it sometime before my next appointment. The pregnancy is flying by! I love being preggo over the holiday season. Seems to me that the time goes much faster. I do enjoy being experiencing carrying the baby but I am ready to hold my little one! Also, I get to eat a ton and have a great excuse:)! HA! I do not have a weekly belly pic, sad times you will just have to check in next week:)! No new symptoms, I am having some serious heart burn! This kid better have a head full of hair! I have had two kids with a ton of hair and one with zero hair. I am very curious to see which end of the spectrum Hollister will fall. I spend way too much time trying to imagine who he will look like! I am sleeping great and have really no other discomfort to speak of. EJ told me that Hollis was really growing because my tummy is HUGE! Out of the mouths of babes! EJ & G still call him Hollis most of the time and that will probably be his nickname. Who knows what we will actually call him. Emery Jai gets called Jai most of the time and Guice is known around here as Boo. Evergrace is our Dragon so there is really no telling what will stick! We are so thankful for our newest little Anderson, he already feels like such a part of our little family!

Evergrace ready for school!!

Like all of our other kids E LOVES school! She calls it tool. She goes for 4 hours on Tuesday and Thursday. All we have to do is ask if she would like to go to school and she is off and running to get clothes on! Her teachers adore her and spoil her rotten the whole time she is there! Evergrace is one of only four kids in the younger room with two teachers. E is obsessed with her elephant lunch bag! It was originally G's but was overtaken by E! Guice is okay with it he now has a razorback bag:). E insists on carrying her own lunch bag by herself, Miss Independent!
The hat and coat are hand me downs from her cousin Hannah! How cute are they?! E loves the hat, as soon as you put the coat on her she is asking for her hat and patting her head!
Pic of my big BROWN eyed girl:)!!

Black Friday Is My Friend...

I heart black Friday I really really do. Yes it is crowded, yes it is early or late depending on how you look at it. It is all so worth it, the deals are FANTASTIC! Between black Friday shopping and cyber Monday I saved a ton, well over $200. I was thrilled everything we had picked out for the kids were part of the sales! How great is that!?! I am akready looking forward to next year!!

Weaning or lack there of....

We gave weaning Evergrace a real go over Thanksgiving weekend it was unsuccessful. She does great with anyone else getting her to sleep, no problems at all. However, if it is just me she goes ballistic if I will not let her nurse. Really. She pulls her hair, bites me, screams, and basically refuses to let me sooth her any other way. I have mixed feelings about weaning. I am ready to be done considering I will be doing all over again in a few months:). I wouldn't be so over it if she didn't nurse for 2 hours during the day at a stretch, yes seriously. Even with the marathon nursing sessions I am sad to see this season for us go. I provided her exclusively with breast milk, zero formula, zero bottles, zero pacifier. I don't particularly feel that she is too old, the World Health Organization recommends nursing until at least 2. I know some of you just passed out:). It is only because we live in a country where very few people breastfeed at all and formula is the norm. Enough of that rant:). So what is the point of the post? Good question. Just sharing I guess:)!

sick day...

Today is EJ's first day home sick from preschool. She has impetigo. Extremely common in preschoolers or so I hear. I am shocked that she hasn't dealt with more illness since starting school. I honestly thought she, as well as Guice and Evergrace, would be sick all the time! I am so very thankful I was wrong! We had a run in with strep with E and G and now EJ and her skin rash which is a form of strep. That is the sickness total and this semester is almost over! I pray that next semester is just as healthy or more than this!
The whole family is home today and we are taking advantage of our time together and decorating our home for Christmas! The kids are so very excited! Check back for pictures!

Giving Thanks 2010!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We were so busy! We had lunch with Mimi & Papa and 60 additional family members. The house was packed for sure! Emery Jai, Guice, and Evergrace loved playing with all their cousins! We left shortly after lunch and headed for Pop & Nena's! It was the longest drive EVER! The weather was nasty and the kids were fussy! We made it in time for dinner and it was delicious and worth the drive. The kiddos stay with their Grandparents, Josh and I turned around and drove home I had to work on Friday. The kids loved spending the weekend with Pop & Nena! G asked NeNa why she lived so far away and told her she needed to live closer so he could see her everyday! Sweet boy!
We have so very much to be thankful for! I could write a novel. I do have to record what EJ & G are thankful for. EJ said she was thankful for her family and God. G is thankful for the nice cat that doesn't bite or scratch or run away that he is getting for Christmas. G has asked Pop & NeNa for a kitten and is convinced he is getting it. Probably because he always gets what he asks for:). I asked E what she was thankful for but she didn't have much to say:)!
I pray everyone had a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving! I know we sure did!

23 weeks!!

Time is a flying by! I am feeling wonderful and Hollister is moving like a mad man, LOVE those little kicks! They are very visible from the outside now. My hormones were basically out of control for the past two weeks but thankfully I think they have calmed down. I had a horrible throat issue for a whole week it was NO fun! So thankful to be on the mend. I am craving ham, swiss, & cream cheese sandwiches, odd I know. We got a baby bed and a changing table this week and Guice could not be more excited! He keeps looking at it, sooo sweet! EJ & G's involvement in this pregnancy has been precious! I also bought a couple of new gowns. My favorite newborn clothing are gowns! I have a ton but NEEDED two more:). Mom is on the hunt for the perfect going home outfit. All my kids have worn crisp cotton dressy outfits home, super sweet! I have spent a ton of time looking for baby bedding and found a pattern that I love so Mom is going to take up quilting:)!
Here is the belly:)!! Mr. Hollister has had a growth spurt it seems!

Brother & Sister!!

Say it with me.....AWWWWW:)!!

21 Weeks 6 days!!

There haven't been any big changes. The only new thing is I can see movements from the outside now! Super cool! Also feel where he is laying or sometimes make out a foot, or what I believe to be a foot:)!
If you check out my sidebar you will notice a couple of changes! First vote on the spelling of the name, one L or Two! Second, baby details! It is an online site that calculates everything for you! We did this last time with Evergrace and I won:)! I am driving myself crazy wondering who he will look like and if he will have hair and what on earth color it will be! Be sure to leave your guess!!

Chillin With Daddy!!

We are all adjusting to me working a couple of shifts a week. The kiddos LOVE it! Our niece Cheyenne keeps them for 3 hours one night a week the rest of the time they are with DADDY! Guice did cry one morning for me not to go to work but after a promised trip to the pet shop all tears were gone! Josh snapped a couple of pics from chili night for me:).
Guice & his hippie hair. He is refusing hair cuts....
Evergrace LOVES her chili:)!

Who needs a spoon??? Eat with your hands:)!

the things they say...

I really wish is could recall every single word my kids have spoken. I know there will come a time, most likely, that recalling even major events in their little lives will be a struggle. It is truly the reason I blog! Okay, so now I am crying! Crazy preggo:)! Moving on....
Guice told me today that Jesus lives in our hearts then asked where baby Jesus lived!
Emery Jai is obsessed with "AB patterns" and has taken it upon herself to teach us all about them and also give about 100 examples a day!
Guice loves to talk about God and Jesus and asks a ton of questions about them. He has stumped me on several occasions.
Emery Jai is soaking up everything she can. She loves to learn and ask a ton of questions.
Guyboo & EJ talk all the time about what they are going to be when they grow up and who they are going to marry. EJ can't wait to move out & G says he will live at home with his Momma and wife:). EJ wants to be a doctor and Guice is going to be a football player.
Evergrace says a lot....she will hit or bite or pinch and then say sorry, and then do it again:).
Guice loves to play server when we are getting ready to sit down to eat. He carries the plates and sits out all the condiments.
E loves to tell her brother & sister NO and STOP and DON'T!
Of course there are a ton more thing but I can't remember this second.....post to be continued:)!

20 weeks 6 days!

I had a fantastic check up on our little man yesterday. My blood pressure was 110/70, Holister's Heartbeat was 153, and I measured 23 cms! Dr. R said my ultrasound report could not have been more perfect, music to my ears! I have one more monthly then I move on to every two weeks! I know it is just going to fly by because of the Holidays and then EJ's fifth birthday. We are going to be busy, busy until March and then even busier after:)!
My favorite part of this pregnancy has been Emery Jai and Guice's reaction to it! They are so excited and constantly talking to Holister. He really feels like a part of our family already. Josh has been feeling kicks for about a week and a half now! LOVE IT! So amazingly special to share that moment with each other! We are just savoring every moment of this pregnancy we can and very thankful for our 4th child, second son Holister!

Introducing......

Holister Timothy He, like all our kiddos, is named after family and in this case a very dear friend. As many of you know Josh lost a close friend about 3 months ago, it was a terrible tragedy. Quieten was a new friend, we only knew him a couple of months but I know we would have been close friends for a life time. Quienten's middle name was Hollis. We called the baby Hollis for a couple of months because we just knew it was a boy:)! Last week we morphed it into Holister, which we LOVE.
We are know that there is a Holister clothing line, and are at peace with that. At least one of our children will have ready made personalized items:). HA! Timothy is after my uncle who was killed by a drunk driver over 20 years ago. He was an amazing husband, father, son, and uncle. We are so excited to be naming our little one after these two remarkable men!
I have to add, I FLIPPED out when I checked Kelly's Korner! She is due 2 or 3 days after me and is naming her daughter Hollis. What are the chances?!?!? I text Erica to call me 911 then made calls to Jessica and Lindsay and several other people. I finally got my Mom to answer! I just couldn't believe it! Now several days later I have calmed down and chalk that melt down to pregnancy hormones, or most of it anyway:). I do want the record to show that we had the name Holister loonnnngggg before Kelly:)! I am also glad we changed it to Holister after reading all her comments on the name, I didn't realize it was such a girl name. And yes IF we would have had a girl she would have been named Hollis! The day before Kelly found out I was on the phone with Erica and she asked me what I thought Kelly was having. I said I want it to be a girl so she will announce the name. Be careful what you ask for:)!

Only 20 Weeks (or so) to go until we meet Mr. Holister Timothy Anderson!

20 Weeks!!

Halfway there if he decides to be on time that is:)! Very exciting! The reality that we are going to have FOUR kiddos is sinking in. Four young kids all still in 5 point restraint car seats, it will take us forever to get anywhere:)! I am feeling amazing! A bit tired and still somewhat sick but so very thankful to be able to experience pregnancy for a fourth time! I feel movement often and it seems stronger every day. I always laugh when people ask me when I am due. I know they are going to be shocked. Most everyone guesses that I am within a month from my due date, no where close:)! I have an appointment this week so I will update with more info on our newest then!
belly, BeLlY, BELLY:)!!!

Parent Teacher Conference!

Josh and I experienced our first of many parent teacher conferences. It went wonderful, Mrs. Lyle talked about how wonderful Emery Jai is in class. Who doesn't like to hear how fabulous their child is:)? Emery Jai is a natural leader in the class, is ahead of schedule academically, makes friends easily, follows directions, and is a JOY to have in class! We are SO proud of her! EJ is already working on learning to read. Mrs. Lyle is starting with her on sight words and I am working with her at home. There is a girl in her class who can read. It drives my ultra competitive, overachieving, must be the best, daughter crazy that someone can do something she can't! I am glad she has a love of learning and pray it continues a life time. Our preschool journey has been reasonably enjoyable. We did have one bump in the road. We pulled EJ out for about 3 days while the situation with the paraprofessional was sorted out. As much as I would love to homeschool I, at this point, have to accept that EJ is flourishing in public school and LOVES going. There hasn't been a single day which she has asked to stay home from school. I miss her terribly during the day! Having her gone for 8 hours a day has been a huge adjustment for me. EJ made the transition much easier! HA!
We are so thankful that she is excelling in school, that she loves it, and most importantly that she is letting her light shine for Jesus! Every single time we drop her off we ask her about who her light shines for:).

Goooooo Bearcats!!

Our Little Politician!

I took the kiddos to watch our local high school football team, a ball was had by all:)! I made the girls matching tutu's using team colors:)! Guice could not get enough of it! His Daddy is hoping for a football player, I am thinking more along the lines of chess. EJ was all about the Cheerleaders and the band! During the half time show EJ stood and mimicked the drum major. Evergrace loved watching all the people and being passed around from person to person, they all called her a little politician:)! We will be attending many more games for sure!
Lovin it!!

Just So You Know...

My children look nothing like my husband:)! I hear all the time how much they look like Josh, well I have proof they don't! I will give him the blue eyes...those are all his.
These are pics of my brother Jody, cousin Erica, and yours truly!Jessica Elisabeth

As much as I hate to admit it Boo looks so much like Jody in this pic! Also, notice how much E looks just like MEEEEEEE:)!

This is Joshua....I see ZERO resemblance...just sayin'!

Zoe...

To be completely honest I can not stand this dog! In short it is ugly and stupid. However, my kids LOVE it! They play together for hours on end. Zoe is so good with them & they are not good at all with her:). G loves to wrestle her to the ground, she just lets him!
A boy who LOVES his dog!

Sweet Cousins!!

Ayden & Ethan came to town, the kiddos had a blast! Ethan is such a cuddle bug! I only snapped shots of the oldest three, poor Ethan & Evergrace:)! Things are just a bit hectic with 5 monkeys! Next time I will be sure to get some pics of all the little ones!
