So....

I'm kickin' it in C.A. for a couple of weeks at my moms! There was nothing I could do at the house considering my current condition and I think Joshua was sick of my bossing. HA! So, I am here not cooking or cleaning or doing much of anything and it is wonderful! I will be heading back at the end of the month. Pop & NeNa are going to keep EJ & G for another week so hopefully I can get the house unpacked and such.

ewww....

Here are just a couple of the stunning before & after pics of our house! The place was gross, as you can see:)!
this was a light in the bathroom! The pic doesn't show half of it! We thought they were going to be cream but surprise they were white! Every single thing in the house was covered in a yellowish film from the horrendous amount of smoking going on!

The cabinets in our bathroom..I have never seen anything like it before!

Anderson party of.......SIX!

Josh & I are over joyed to be adding a new little one to our nest! Our sweet little clover will make his/her appearance mid March shortly after our 6th wedding anniversary! I really wanted to wait until Guice & Evergrace's birthday party and put them in big brother/big sister shirts. However we had to announce it now because I can no longer paint at the new house, I know I will do anything to get out of painting:)! EJ & G are very excited! G told NeNa that there was a baby in Mommas belly and it wasn't going to bite like Evergrace! EJ is wants another sister and name her Rose. G would like a brother and he wants to name him Colton. They are looking forward to the big day, it seems like forever but it will be here before we know it! We do not care either way boy or girl. I know you are trying to do the math....Evergrace will be the ripe old age of 19 months:)! EJ & G are 18 months apart and I love it! They play so well (most of the time:)) together and are very best buds! I felt like E was left out because she is so much younger than those two, 2 years almost to the day. Now E will have her a little buddy if she doesn't claw his/her eyes out:)! Almost everyone we have told has asked about names:). We have a couple that are possibilities and we aren't sharing! I will say this they are not on the top 100 baby name list. HA ! Also, I have had several friends have delivery room surprises and I really want this one to be! However, no promises! For those of you who have followed this blog from the beginning know that this is the third pregnancy I have announced and the third time I have said I don't want to find out what the baby is. And the previous two times I caved and found out. We shall see:)! Even with this being our 4th in 4 years we are so very very excited!
Pics of the tests! Does anyone ever just take one:)!?!?!

The speed of light..

My kids are growing that fast! Really! These two were just babies! And now they have trophies from tball also medals from dance and tball proudly displayed on their dressers! I have actual conversations with them and have for a long time now. Gone, for the most part, are tantrums. I can reason with them about behavior issues. The speed of light I tell you!

New House Pics!

These are all self explanatory, but I have to add a bit of commentary:)!
Our home! The kiddos were so upset to see the green pool! Guice prayed for the "warm green pool & the hot pool" last night! They love the water! The local pool place (yes, the as in singular) is closed for the holiday weekend, We are hoping to be floating around in it next weekend:)!

The hot pool as G puts it! The kids call our deck a bridge:)!

Bethlehem LOVES the new yard! Our old house did not have a fenced in backyard...so she never got to run & play! She also was the first family member to take a dip in the pool:)!

View of our back yard from the deck!
The kids love the playset! The slide is super fast!

Our New Home!

In short has a long way to go! I got the keys 4 o'clock on Friday. I drove straight over to take a look. I immediately had a HUGE case of buyers remorse! Seriously, it was bad. I cried. The pool is neon green. It was a beautiful sparkling blue just days before. I could smell cigarette smoke from outside. The walls, floors, cabinets, everything is covered in filth. I am by no means an excellent house keeper. But the renters in this house crossed the line, a ton! The carpets are not salvageable. So we are replacing all the floors. Every single surface must be repainted. Now, I know what you are thinking, did we not notice this when we viewed the home. Not really, there was stuff everywhere! The home was filled to the brim with stuff, it looked small. However, there is a positive! Because of the condition we got the home well bellow asking price and even appraisal. We would not have been able to afford this home in pristine condition. Everything is fixable and it is going to be amazing when we are finished, just some paint and sweat:)! It is going to be a ton of work but will pay off in the end, at least that is what I keep telling myself! We do have a ton of wonderful family and friends pitching in! It has been a blessing to have people volunteer to help with the house and some have offered to help with the kiddos. EJ & G didn't notice the nastiness, although EJ said I can not live somewhere that smells this bad! HA! I told her I couldn't either:)! They had a blast picking out what room they wanted, G made it clear however that he would still be sleeping in Jai's room. Then we went and looked at the left over room & G said this is NeNa's room where is Pop gonna sleep? I said well I guess with NeNa. EJ & G both told me they can't sleep in the same bed! EJ told me they might be able to share a room if we put two beds in it!
Q helping us out!
Mine & Joshua's closet!

G watching the first movie at the new place!

E napping in her room for the first time! This is the only carpet that I would let her touch, They used it for a storage room...go figure!

Josh cleaning windows! I believe this is a first for him! This is our kitchen/den.

Well...

Sooo...if you checking to see pics of the new house you are out of luck. We haven't gotten the keys yet! The current occupants are still moving out. We are very hopeful we will have them in hand today.
